By placing an order with Marwood you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us before placing your order with us. Please note, these terms and conditions can potentially change at any time, and it is up to you to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.

The copying, modification, distribution, reproduction, or incorporation into any other work or part of all of the material available on this website in any form is prohibited without permission.

Products are displayed on the website as accurately as possible, however, products may vary slightly in appearance and colour. All fabrics are delicate and need to be cared for properly as advised.

Unless otherwise stated, special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. If a promotion is valid only for orders over a certain amount, that amount does not include delivery. In the case of part return of a gift set, the promotion will be void and you will be refunded so that you will have paid the full price of the goods kept.

Placing an Order
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. We recommend that you print off and retain a copy of your order at the time of placing, as this will be accepted by us as a receipt for your transaction.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and, if you are ordering from inside the EU, are inclusive of VAT.

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. You can cancel your order before we dispatch your goods and we will refund your purchase within 30 days. If you change your mind after you receive your order you can return the goods subject to the conditions below.

Delivery
We ship once a week, every Thursday, to arrive on Friday (UK). Your order must be placed by midnight on Wednesday (GMT). If you are an international customer, please allow for more time for your order to reach you.

All orders are sent out by Royal Mail Special Delivery unless otherwise requested at checkout.

A DHL courier service is also available for a flat fee within the UK for up to 10 items. Higher quantity orders or for overseas we recommend contacting us for a quote prior to placing your order – please see our Shipping Details page for cost guidance.

Once we have shipped your item/s you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number for the package, at this stage the responsibility for the parcel is handed over to you and we cannot be held liable for an items that go missing, although we will provide as much help as we are able to locate the missing items.

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

Returns Policy
If you wish to return or exchange your order for any reason you can do so up to 7 working days after receipt of the goods. The 7 days commence the day after you receive your order. You must notify us in writing, by letter or email, within this 7 day period.

If eligible, a full refund (less transaction charges) will be made within 30 days of you returning the goods following an inspection of the returned order. It is your responsibility to return the goods in perfect condition. The following terms apply:

- We take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending goods out to you. However, if there is a problem, all faults or damages must be reported and returned within 7 days of receipt of delivery in our original packaging.

- We will only accept returns provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.

- If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

- We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and/or tags removed.

- Please note that unfortunately, postage and packaging costs are non-refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us, therefore we suggest that you return the goods to us via a Signed For service & retain proof of purchase.

- Customers who have paid by credit card will have their same card credited. We will not make refunds to a 3rd party.

- Any transactions charges applied to the refund by the payment gateway (e.g. Paypal) will be passed on to the customer.

- Inspection of the goods will be made within 14 working days and if the goods are faulty, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the item/s.

Your Information
We work with (Sage Pay) to ensure that our website is secure. The Marwood website uses industry-standard security methods to ensure that all your personal details are safe. We do not store your credit card details and we will never pass any of your details on to a third-party.

Information provided by you, online or otherwise, will be processed by us and used to provide you with the ordered products, for billing and accounts and to keep a record of the transaction.

Your information may be used to keep you informed about Marwood products, promotions and services. If you would like to update or delete your personal information, or if you would prefer that we do not e-mail you about Marwood London products, promotions and services, please e-mail us to let us know.

We respect the privacy of your personal data and we will comply with all relevant and current data protection legislation.

Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, Marwood shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of Marwood or any of its members, agents, directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.

While Marwood uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up-to-date, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and Marwood will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information.

This website, these terms and conditions and any contract entered into as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
